WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

 

 

LIMITED EDITIONS orders include free shipping within the continental United States of America. For other destinations and international shipping, please request a quote by sending an email to eagereye@email.com.

 

 

DECOR ART PRINTS shipping charges are calculated based on size, weight and destination, which is calculated at check out.

 

 

CAN I SHIP TO CANADA/INTERNATIONAL/APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

 

Yes. Additional charges may apply. Items will be shipped USPS Priority International or FedEx, per request. See our shipping information for full details.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 

 

We do our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. In general, most orders are processed, produced and shipped within 2-3 business days - and typically arrive in 4-5 business days. International orders typically arrive within 6-10 business via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow two to three weeks for LIMITED EDITION orders.

 

 

 

RETURNS

 

 

 

LIMITED EDITIONS: These exclusive prints are custom made by the artist and blend the state of the art in production with the artist's personal vision. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return these for a full refund, minus the return shipping costs.

 

DECOR ART PRINTS: Since all Decor Art Print orders are custom printed to order, we do not currently offer returns and recommend that you carefully consider the sizes and media types when placing your order. Our online previews and wall mockup tools can help with your choices. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for an equal exchange or credit, minus the cost of return shipping.

 

If any print arrives damaged, contact us immediately for a replacement. We will provide a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. We may request a photo to confirm the damage or we may request to have the order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. For a replacement, please send an email to eagereye@email.com.

 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

 

Unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REPLACEMENT?

 

Processing a replacement can take up to 7-10 business days.

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DECOR ART PRINTS AND LIMITED EDITIONS?

 

 

LIMITED EDITION photographs are restricted to only 5 prints in a unique size and these are the only photographs being offered that are personally made, approved, numbered and signed by this exceptional, award-winning artist. Once the series is sold out, the edition is closed forever and additional prints from this series made by the artist will not be available. These exclusive prints are custom made by the artist and blend the state of the art in production with the artist's personal vision.

 

The image size is about 15” x 22.5” or 15" x 15" on a 24" x 30" sheet of heavy weight archival substrate with 15” being the minimum image dimension. These photographs are made with archival pigments on a 100% cotton archival base and hinge matted in a white museum quality 24” x 30” mat and are ready to frame. Each piece includes a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist to document its provenance. All the materials used in creating these works are designed to last several lifetimes if cared for properly. (FREE SHIPPING is included on all Limited Edition orders!)

SMOOTH FINE ART PAPER is a heavyweight, smooth, matte finish, archival fine art paper popular for both black-and-white imagery and vivid colors.

 

BARYTA PAPER is a heavyweight, archival fine art paper with a semi-gloss surface.

 

METAL -WHITE MATTE is printed directly onto aluminum with a matte finish for minimal glare.

 

METAL -WHITE GLOSS is printed directly onto aluminum with a brilliant white high gloss surface for unsurpassed detail and vibrance.
